Please note that we are based in the United Kingdom and all transactions will be in UK pounds.

Please note that payments are taken automatically from your card at the time of processing, we do NOT keep card details nor do we have access to your card details at any time during the transaction of an order, all card transaction are automatic and secure via a third party secure server Protx. Whilst we try to ensure that all goods are sent within 48 hours there are times when we are busy or awaiting new stock to arrive in, when this happens we try to email you with the details of the delay. Where an item is no longer in stock we attempt to recredit your card or Paypal account as soon as possible. If you have a query regarding an order please be sure to email us with all the details including name, address and date of order.

Just occassionally orders have been know to disappear into the ether of the internet, and it maybe that we never receive them or have notifications (which is why its important to include your email address for contact)

All Cheque payments are paid direct into the Snazzypants accounts before orders are dispatched.
